Catherine & Brian recently sold a Bed & Breakfast in Bar Harbor, and have been hosting guests for six years. They take great pride in making sure their rentals are clean and comfortable, and that visitors have such a wonderful stay that they plan to return. They live locally in Lincoln and are happy to help in any way.

Driving Directions
From the South:
- Take I-95 to the Lincoln, Maine exit – exit 227.
- Turn right off the exit toward Lincoln. Follow the road until you reach a traffic light and turn left.
- Continue until you reach another traffic light (Hannaford Supermarket is on your right) and go straight.
- When you have reached the third traffic light (with the big loon in front of you) turn left again.
- Then take an immediate right onto Lake Street and follow to the stop sign.
- Turn left and the Waterfront will be in front of you, after the public beach.
Check In & Check Out
Check In is between 4pm and 9pm, and we’ll provide a door code for keyless entry prior to your arrival.
Check Out is by 10am.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
House Rules
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- No smoking inside or near building entrances, or on decks.
- No boating equipment, swimming gear, paddles, bicycles, floats, paddleboards, kayaks, canoes allowed in the units.
- Please bring your own beach towels. They are not provided in the rental. If provided towels get soiled at the beach, there will be an additional charge for them.
- Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.
